Homemade Coasters...a great gift idea!

OK here is an example of where something is not as easy as it looks.  I am making these coasters as gifts for Convention.  I was going to make a set of 4 for each person, but it looks like it will have to be a set of two.  Here's a link from Splitcoaststampers on how to create a coaster: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/tile_coasters/.  I think they turned out ok, but it just wasn't as easy as it looks.  I got the idea from Chasity Barnes (another CTMH consultant).  Below is a picture of all the supplies needed.  Try your hand at it and let me know if you faired better.  Here's a tip, if you have StazOn Remover and use it immediately when you make a mistake, you can start over.  I started over many times!!!!
Supplies used: tile from Home Depot, Self-stick Rubber pads, StazOn Jet Black Ink, StazOn Remover, and Find Your Style Stamp Set.

  2. I really like these! I haven't tried the tile coasters yet but I want to. I was thinking of using cork but maybe the tile is better? Thanks for these great ideas - you are a fabulous upline!! Proud to call you my "Mama"
