Easy Fried Ice Cream Dessert

For those of you who brought in the new year by vowing to exercise and avoid sweet treats, avert your eyes now.  If you look at this yummy desert, you will not be able to resist.  I had tried my first attempt at making coconut shrimp.  It was an utter fail and I did not take a photo to record it.  It browned too quickly in the oil and didn't taste like anything.  But because I had extra coconut, I got the urge for some fried ice cream.  I found the original recipe here and modified it quite a bit.
It was delicious.  Here is what you need: 1/4 c of butter (melted), 1 1/4 c of rice krispies, 1 1/4 c of cinnamon toast crunch, 1 1/2 c of coconut,  and reduced fat ice cream sandwiches.
1) Mix everything but the ice cream.
2) Bake in the oven at 300 x 20 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
3) Pour mixture over ice cream sandwich and add chocolate sauce.
