Later Sk8r Mini Album

I love love love how this mini album turned out. With the CTMH Artiste Cartridge you can turn any card into a mini album and that's just what I did. I used the gear card and envelope on page 38 of the Artiste cartridge to make this album. I simply cut 15 of them at 3 inches in various paper from the Later Sk8r paper pack. Then I taped them together by placing a strip of tacky tape on the front and back of each envelope right down the middle. It sort of creates like an accordian style mini album. I used chipboard from some packaging to make the cover. I then chose 15 of my favorite scriptures and added them to the cards. I also used the fast and furious stamp set to embellish everything and the Art Philosophy Cartridge for the title. The most exciting part for me was using the seam binding ribbon as it was intended, by adding color to the white ribbon with sponge daubers and my ink pads. I have had this ribbon a while and have never tried it, but it worked perfectly. I inked the ribbon in pear and slate. Here is the finished product. A perfect gift for my oldest son.
