Altered Wooden Frame

I got the idea from Mandy Leahy.  Check out her tutorial here.  This was quick and inexpensive and turned out gorgeous, I think.  Supplies: $1 frame from Michael's, Sonoma paper pack (X7143B), Liquid Glass (Z679) and the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge (Z1686).  Thanks for looking.
