Mojo Challenge Entry

This week the Mojo Challenge is a non-traditional shaped card.  See the sketch below.
My example below is a twisted easel card.  If you need the tutorial for this, you can find it here. Here's a link to my friend and fellow consultant's super sweet twisted easel card.  For my card, the idea came from fellow consultant Jane O'Leary.  Check out her blog here.

Supply List Includes: Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge, Believe Paper Pack, Liquid Glass, Prisma Glitter, White Daisy, Cranberry, and Topiary Cardstock, and the A Holiday Stamp set.  I am also using this card for my gathering next week!!!  Thanks for looking!

Not sure how to get the info back to you, but maybe you will check back in here.
Thanks for the kind words. I so appreciate comments.

I got the poinsettia idea from one of Jane O'Leary's cards. Her link is http://doingitwithink.blogspot.com/2011/10/believe-paper-pack-and-ap-poinsettias.html
I cut my flowers at the same dimensions as she recommended. The image came from the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge, the star flower on page 39. I cut 2- 3in and 1- 1& 1/2 inch from cranberry cardstock. Then two more from topiary at 3/4 inch and 3 inch (I cut apart the large green one to make the leaves). I turned the flowers over to the back side and using a scoring stylus drew veins on the 6 petals of each flower. I then flipped it back over and sanded it ever so slightly for texture. I attached all the flowers together with glue dots. Before attaching the little green flower, I applied 3 mini brads to the center and then used a glue dot to fasten it to the rest of the flower. I recommend glue dots over just a tape runner because the flower is heavy. I used liquid glass and prisma glitter to outline the flower petals. To apply the prisma glitter, I didn't want a heave border so I just grabbed a pinch and dusted it over the liquid glass. I hope this helps.
